NOVOSHINE, with the doctoral team of the Department of Electronic Engineering of Tsinghua University as its management and scientific research core and under the guidance of Academician Luo Yi of the State Key Laboratory of Integrated Optoelectronics of Tsinghua University, is the earliest semiconductor expert team involved in the research of third-generation semiconductor materials and semiconductor optoelectronic chip devices in China.
